If a creditor filed an objection to your company's reduction of share capital, you need to file notice of their application to Court.

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the “Update reduction of share capital” eService
Follow these steps to navigate to the Update reduction of share capital eService.
Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

Step 2: Enter the creditor's application details
Provide the court application details and add the creditor's details.

Step 3: Review and submit

After you file
You may proceed to file a notice of court order for cancellation of special resolution under section 78F.
