This guide explains how to file notice of a Court order for the cancellation of a special resolution under section 78F.

Who may file	Companies that: Received creditor objections within six weeks after they pass the special resolution; and Have filed notice of a creditor's application to Court for cancellation of special resolution under section 78D. You may either: File directly as a position holder; or Engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
