Position holders and shareholders can endorse their appointment in a new business entity through Bizfile.
Endorsement requirements
Position holders and shareholders need to endorse their roles in a new entity within 60 days. This applies unless a corporate service provider (CSP) or Group of Companies filed the registration.
The position holder who registered the entity does not need to provide a separate endorsement.

Who needs to endorse
Check the endorsements required for different entity types, which apply to both individual and corporate position holders.
For corporate position holders or shareholders: An authorised officer can complete the endorsement. This includes directors or secretaries acting on behalf of the corporate entity.

Note: Foreign company branches do not require endorsement as their registration must be filed by a CSP.
