Active position holders (such as company officers or members) can download their free company registers from Bizfile.
Before you download
This guide explains how to download free copies of your company's registers.
Who can download the free copy
Company officers and members have free access to their own registers, except the Register of Business or Company Documents.
To qualify, you must be an active position holder or member of the company.
When you can download
You can download your company's registers at any time. There is no download expiry.
Note: Companies must maintain up-to-date company registers in Bizfile. To avoid penalties, you must update any changes within 14 days of the change.
How to download
Follow these steps to download your company's register via Bizfile.
Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Why does my transaction show "Transaction cannot proceed"?
This error appears when your email address has not been verified.
To fix this:
Log out of your current session.
Log in to Bizfile using your Singpass.
Open the verification link under your dashboard's "Pending Tasks".
Verify your email address.
Log out and log in again using Corppass
You only need to verify each email address once. After that, you can proceed with your transaction.
