When ACRA sends email alerts
You will receive email notifications about your transaction status updates and any required actions at your registered email address.
How to check Bizfile alerts
Learn how to access your Bizfile inbox and check your to-do list:
Bizfile inbox
Your inbox contains letters and notices sent to you or your business, including your:
Transaction status
Transaction information
Bizfile dashboard
Your dashboard lists endorsement and clarification requests under "Pending actions".

Court letters
Letters relating to court proceedings will continue to be sent in hard copy only. This includes summons and adjournment of court mentions.
Court letters will not appear in your Bizfile inbox or trigger email alerts.
