Choose a memorable unique entity number (UEN) when you register a business. This makes it easier to recall your number when you transact with others.
What is a SUN
When you register a business, you will receive a free UEN. You use this number to identify your business when you transact with customers, partners and government agencies.
If you want a number that is easier to recall, you can pay a fee to choose a memorable SUN from a list of available numbers.
Note: You cannot apply for a SUN if your business is already registered. SUNs are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
SUN fees and number patterns
There are two tiers of SUNs. The tier depends on the number pattern you choose.

When you can apply for a SUN
You can only apply for a SUN when you register a new business entity. The option to select a SUN appears at the payment stage.
