Rude or inappropriate
Too similar to existing business names

More details: Filing a complaint for suspected statutory breaches.
Complaints against public accountants (PAs)
You can report PAs or accounting entities if they have not adhered to their Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
Complaints against corporate service providers (CSPs)
You can file a complaint about CSPs and qualified individuals (RQIs) if they breach the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 .
What ACRA does not handle
ACRA does not deal with these complaints:
Fraud
Fake signatures
Internal company disputes between directors, shareholders, or other company officers
For these issues, you are advised to lodge a report with the relevant authorities (such as the Police or Commercial Affairs Department). If ACRA receives such complaints, we may forward them to the relevant authorities for their necessary action.
