Downloading free copies of information products
Check when your business might be eligible for free copies of these information products, and the steps to download:
Downloading free Business Profiles
Get a free Business Profile after you register a business, renew your registration, or file annual returns or declarations.
Downloading free company registers
Company officers and members have free access to all company registers except for the Register of Business and Register of Company Documents.
Downloading free certificates confirming registration of transfer
You will get a copy of your certificate after you successfully transfer your entity's registration from another country to Singapore.
Note: Download your free copies or purchased products within 30 days. After 30 days, no extensions are available.
Downloading purchased products
From October 2023, you need to enter your download code and delivery email address to access purchased products. This replaces direct download links to protect you from phishing scams.
Getting your download code
After you successfully pay for an ACRA information product, you will receive an email with the download code within 15 minutes.
If you made the purchase using Singpass or Corppass, you can also:
Log in to Bizfile via Singpass or Corppass
Access the download code through your Bizfile inbox
Entering your download code
Open the product download page.
Enter your product download code and delivery email address.
Download your ACRA information product.
How to download your product
Why products are delivered digitally
Since June 2018, we have delivered all ACRA business information products online. We no longer provide hard copies of:
Microfilm of entity records filed before 13 January 2003
Non-electronic extracts of entity records (such as Memorandum & Articles of Association, annual returns, or audited financial statements) filed before 13 January 2003
Certificates
These products are now available in digital format.
