The Corporate Law Advisory Panel (CLAP) is a standing advisory panel established by ACRA.
The roles of the CLAP are to:
raise law reform issues for consideration;
provide feedback on ACRA’s law reform proposals;
advise on corporate law developments both locally and internationally; and
advise ACRA on interpretation of the Companies Act for issuance of Registrar’s Interpretations.
