Step 2: Meeting the registration requirements for CSPs
You need to meet four requirements to register as a corporate service provider (CSP). This includes mandatory training and test requirements.

To register as a CSP with ACRA, you must meet four requirements:
1. Business registration
Your business must be registered with ACRA as a:
Business
Company
Limited liability partnership (LLP)
Limited partnership (LP)
2. Registered qualified individuals (RQIs)
You must meet one of these requirements for RQIs:
Be an RQI yourself
Have at least one partner who is an RQI
Employ or engage at least one RQI
3. Fit and proper requirements
You must meet ACRA's "fit and proper" requirements if you are a:
Director
Partner
Person directly or indirectly involved in management
4. Mandatory Training and Proficiency Test
The Anti-Money Laundering, Countering Proliferation Financing and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CPF/CFT) training programme consists of:
A prescribed AML/CPF/CFT course
An AML/CPF/CFT Proficiency Test
AML/CPF/CFT training programme
What you need to know | Details |

Waiting period after cancellation
If ACRA previously cancelled your CSP registration, you must wait two years before reapplying.
Exemptions from CSP registration
You do not need CSP registration if you are filing for your:
Own entity as a director, partner, sole proprietor, or other authorised representative
Holding company or related corporations as a group secretary or their authorised employee
