About SSIC codes
The Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC) is Singapore's system for classifying business activities. The Department of Statistics updates it every five years.
All ACRA-registered entities must use 5-digit SSIC codes to classify their:
Primary business activity
Secondary business activity (where applicable)
Selecting an SSIC code
When you reserve a business name, you need to select SSIC codes that best describe your business activities:
Under Business activity, enter your search keyword. Then, click Search.
Select one SSIC code for your primary business activity.
If applicable, select one SSIC code for your secondary business activity.
