With effect from 30 May 2022, companies should enter into their Register of Nominee Directors (ROND) information received from nominee directors (including any updates) within seven days after receiving the information.

Foreign companies need to update their Register of Members within 30 days following any changes.

The above timelines are in accordance with amendments to the Companies Act following the passing of the Corporate Registers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill on 10 January 2022.
