The following information products are now available for purchase through the Bizfile iShop: 

1)     Register of Members (ROM)

The ROM can now be purchased at $20.00 per copy. Before accessing the ROM, please note:

  • If you have recently filed an allotment or transfer of shares, please wait up to 60 minutes before purchasing or accessing the ROM to ensure updates are reflected.

  • For General lodgement (Shares) transaction, wait until after the transaction is approved.

  • For General lodgement (Others) transaction related to shares, updates will be available after a refiling had been made (unless otherwise advised by ACRA).

2)     Business Entity Extracts

Extracts for the following transactions lodged in Bizfile from 9 December 2024 are available for purchase:

  • Business entity name applications

  • Entity registrations

  • Annual returns

  • Annual declarations 

  • Registration of Charge

To purchase these information products, visit Bizfile and access iShop via the "Buy information" tab.

Extracts for other transactions will be made available progressively.
