The Accounting Standards Committee (ASC) has issued SFRS(I)19: Subsidiaries without Public Accountability: Disclosures and FRS119: Subsidiaries without Public Accountability: Disclosures, effective for annual reporting periods beginning on or after 1 January 2027.
