ACRA is pleased to announce that from 1 January 2024, ISCA will assume the day-to-day management of the SCAQ programme. This move will streamline administrative processes, allowing a seamless transition for SCAQ candidates to attain full membership with ISCA as Chartered Accountants (Singapore) upon completion of the qualification programme. 

This collaboration further strengthens the longstanding and robust partnership between ACRA and ISCA as we continue to collaborate to maintain and enhance the high standards of the SCAQ Programme and to develop the accountancy sector. 

From 1 January 2024, ISCA will assume the role of SCAQ programme administrator, overseeing administrative areas such as candidate registration, programme enquiries, and the SCAQ examinations. ACRA will continue to maintain oversight of the programme to ensure strategic alignment with the needs and development of the accountancy sector.
