1.     The Minister for Finance has appointed one new member to the ACRA Board. The appointment will take effect from 1 June 2023.

2.     The new Board member is Mr Kok Ping Soon, currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Designate) of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). Mr Kok will assume the role of CEO of SBF from 1 June 2023.

3.     The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and ACRA welcome Mr Kok to the ACRA Board.
