1.     By the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Accountants Act, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, has appointed Mr Tan Puay Boon to be a member of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee. His appointment will be in effect from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.

2.     The new composition of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee is in Annex A (PDF, 55KB).
