The Minister for Finance has appointed three new members to the ACRA1 Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 April 2023.

2 The three new Board Members are:

  • Mr Ramlee Bin Buang
    Life & Executive Coach and Independent Director
    Uyko Advisory

  • Mr Tan Puay Boon
    Chairman
    Competition Appeal Board, Ministry of Trade and Industry

  • Ms Yeo Wenshan
    Senior Director (Housing)
    Ministry of National Development

3     The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and ACRA welcome Mr Ramlee, Mr Tan and Ms Yeo to the Board. MOF and ACRA would also like to express their appreciation to a retiring member – Mr Muhammad Hidhir Bin Abdul Majid, for his invaluable contributions to the Board.

1 With effect from 1 April 2023, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) and the Accounting Standards Council (ASC) will merge as one entity under the name of ACRA.
