ACRA has launched a new verification service to provide the public with added assurance on the authenticity of ACRA Business Profiles and Business Certificates (Incorporation/Registration).

From 4 March 2023, each Business Profile or Business Certificate (Incorporation/Registration) issued by ACRA comes in two formats – a Portable Document Format (PDF) file for viewing and an OpenAttestation (OA) file for product verification. Customers can verify the authenticity of the business profile or business certificate in the ACRA trustBar portal by scanning the QR code or using the verification URL found in the pdf document or uploading the OA file to the ACRA trustBar portal.
