The Minister for Finance has re-appointed Mrs Tan Ching Yee as Chairman of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) Board. The Minister has also appointed Mr Ong Chong Tee as Deputy Chairman of the ACRA Board. In addition, four new Board Members have been appointed, and eight current Board Members have been re-appointed to the Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 April 2021.

5 The Ministry of Finance and ACRA welcome the new Deputy Chairman and members, and would like to express their appreciation to the retiring members – Mr Adrian Chan, Mr Ho Meng Kit, Mr Lee Boon Ngiap, Mr Bruce Liang, and Mr Tham Sai Choy – whose current terms end on 31 March 2021, for their invaluable contributions to the Board.
