ACRA brought charges against Data Register Pte Ltd (“DRPL”) and Singapore Data Register Pte Ltd (“SDRPL”) for breaches under the Companies Act (“CA”). Both companies were convicted, and fined a total of $5,000 by the State Courts on 4 June 2020.
