Hold an annual general meeting (AGM), unless exempted | You must hold an AGM within six months of your financial year end. Learn more about the penalties for not holding an AGM. |

Closing a VCC
There are two ways to close a VCC. You can either:
Strike off a VCC if it is inactive and debt-free
