Buying VCC information

You can buy different types of VCC information through the VCC iShop. This includes business profiles, extracts, certificates, and registers.

Some documents, like annual return extracts or constitutions, can only be bought by key VCC officers. This is covered under the section 9(2)(a) and (b) of the VCC Act 2018.

Getting free information products

After successful incorporation, you will receive a free Business Profile. This contains your VCC's registration details. Download your Business Profile within 30 days of incorporation. The free copy expires after this period.

If you re-domiciled as a VCC, you will also receive a free Certificate confirming Transfer by Registration.

Steps to buy VCC information

Follow the steps below to buy VCC information from the VCC iShop. For more details, refer to the Information Purchase eGuide.

Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

1. Open the VCC iShop, find your preferred product and click "Buy Now".

2. Use the search bar to find the VCC by name or UEN.

3. Select the type of information you need: "Business profile" or "Other information". Examples of other information include extracts, certificates, or registers.

11. After successful payment, wait for an acknowledgement message. Click "download" to get your purchases in a zipped file. Alternatively, you can wait 15 minutes for an email with a download link.

Checking document authenticity

After you buy VCC information, you have 30 days to check its authenticity for free.

To check your document, you can either:

1. Scan the QR code on the last page with your phone.

2. Enter the authentication number and UEN on the VCC Portal’s Product Authentication page.
