Appointed position holders, such as:

Position holder information, such as their:
| Update position holder details within 30 days. Note: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents do not need to inform ACRA of changes to their name, address, or ID. Report these changes to ICA directly. |
Particulars of registered qualified individuals (RQIs) of a public accounting entity that is a deemed registered CSP | Remind your RQI to inform ACRA within 14 days, using the General lodgement eService:

Appointment or cessation of appointed RQIs | Notify ACRA within 14 days of the change through the General lodgement eService:

If you wish to cancel your deemed CSP registration, email acra_pod@acra.gov.sg. |
Note: A single transaction can be used to notify ACRA of multiple changes. Late notifications may result in penalties.
Before you update
This guide explains how to update changes to PAF information only.
Who can update
You can file directly as the PAF's PA if you hold any of these positions:
Partner;
Partner under section 18(3)(c); or
PA employee.
You may also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
