Changes you must update
Your PAC is registered under both the:
This means you must adhere to both Acts' requirements when updating your information. Some updates adhere to standard company procedures, while others are specific to PACs.

Note: PAs must report changes to their PAC on time to avoid penalties.
Before you update
This guide explains how to update changes to PAC information only.
Who can update
You can file directly as the PAC's PA if you hold all of these positions:
Director;
Director under section 17(3)(d); or
PA employee.
You may also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
