Changes you must update
Your ALLP is registered under both the:
This means you must adhere to both Acts' requirements when updating your information. Some updates follow standard LLP procedures, while others are specific to ALLPs.
ALLP: Required updates

Note: PAs must report changes to their ALLP on time to avoid penalties.
Before you update
This guide explains how to update changes to ALLP information only.
Who can update
You can file directly as the ALLP's PA if you hold any of these positions:
Partner;
Partner under section 18A(3)(e); or
PA employee.
You may also engage a corporate service provider (CSP) to file on your behalf.
