Notifying ACRA of partner or manager resignation
You can notify ACRA directly if you resign as a partner or manager, and your general partner has not notified ACRA on your behalf.

When to notify
Limited partnerships (LPs) must update LP information within 14 days if a partner or manager resigns.
Otherwise, there might be a penalty for late filing.
How to notify ACRA

How to file a Notice of Cessation
Open Bizfile's General lodgement eService, then follow the steps below:
Log in to Bizfile using your Singpass.
Under Type of lodgement, select Manage.
Select File Notice of Cessation/Resignation of position holder.
Attach copies of the required documents.
Submit the application.
Pay by Visa or Mastercard.
After you file
This notification only updates your resignation with ACRA. It does not affect any contracts or obligations you have with the partnership or other partners.
