Maintaining LLP information & registers
Learn how to update your limited liability partnership (LLP) information, position holders, and Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC) to avoid penalties.
Note: Partners and managers must report changes to their LLP information within 14 days to avoid penalties. This ensures that public information about your LLP remains up to date.
Updating LLP information
When your LLP's name or key details change, you must update ACRA via Bizfile.

Note: Singapore citizens and permanent residents do not need to inform ACRA of changes to their name, address, or ID. Please report these changes to Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) directly. |
Maintaining an RORC
Registrable controllers are individuals or legal entities that have significant ownership or significant control over your LLP. They are commonly known as beneficial owners.
Unless exempted, you must meet the requirements below.
