Renewing registered qualified individuals (RQI) registration
RQIs need to renew their registration to continue filing transactions with ACRA on behalf of corporate service provider (CSP) clients.

Before you renew
This guide explains how to renew your RQI registration for two years from the date of approval. You have up to 60 calendar days from your registration expiry date to renew.
If your registration expires, your RQI status will show as "Registration expired and has not been renewed". You cannot file transactions for CSP clients until you register as an RQI again.
Who may renew
You can renew your registration if:
Your RQI registration has not expired.
Meet all requirements set out in the Corporate Service Regulations 2025.
You still meet the "fit and proper" criteria.
You are appointed or employed by a registered CSP.
