Renewing corporate service provider (CSP) registration
You need to renew your firm's registration as a CSP to continue providing corporate services by way of business.

Before you renew
This guide explains how to renew your CSP registration via Bizfile.
After you renew, your registration will be valid for two years (effective from the date of approval).

You must be an authorised position holder or RQI of the CSP.

Processing time | After you submit and pay, all appointed RQIs must endorse their appointment within 14 days. If endorsements are not completed on time, the application will lapse and you will need to re-apply. |
Step 1: Log in to Bizfile and open the "Renew registration as corporate service provider" eService
Follow these steps to navigate to the Renew registration as corporate service provider eService and log in.
Note: All entity and personal information (including UEN, entity details, NRIC or FIN numbers, names and addresses) shown are dummy data for illustration purposes only.

Step 2: Renew your registration
Follow these steps to renew your CSP registration.

Step 3: Obtain endorsement, if needed
If the lodger is also the appointed RQI, no additional endorsement is required. In all other cases, appointed RQIs will receive a notification in their Bizfile inbox to endorse their appointment within 14 days.

After you renew
After all endorsements are completed, ACRA will review:
Your conduct and compliance history as a CSP
Any professional misconduct, including breach of fiduciary duty or serious negligence that affects your commercial integrity
Your understanding of anti-money laundering, terrorist designation legislation and targeted financial sanctions
Bizfile notification of approval
Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification in your Bizfile inbox. You can then continue filing transactions for your clients.
