Updating company information
When your company's name, key details, constitution, or financial year end (FYE) change, you need to update ACRA.

Updating officer and position holder details
Position holders are the key persons who run your company, such as directors, company secretaries, and auditors. Report company officer and position holder changes via Bizfile.

Updating share and shareholder details
When your company issues new shares, transfers share ownership, or when shareholder details change, you need to update ACRA.
