Company registers: Requirements & deadlines
Companies must keep accurate, up-to-date records of key personnel. Check which registers you need to maintain and their filing deadlines.

Under the Companies Act 1967, all Singapore companies must keep accurate records of key persons in their company. This includes directors, shareholders, and other relevant persons.
The public can access all registers except the RORC, ROND, and RONS. This allows persons to check company information before doing business with you.
Electronic registers
