Updating your foreign company's information
When your foreign company's name, key details, or constitutional documents change, you need to update ACRA.
Requirements

Foreign company's name | If your head office changes its name, you can apply to change your company name. After the name application is approved, you need to update your entity information. |

Note: You must notarise or certify your supporting documents as true copies by a notary public before filing them. For any document not written in English: You must provide a certified English translation. Translations made outside Singapore must be certified by one of these officials:
