Retrieve your annual general meeting (AGM) FS

For all FS: The preparation tool refers to your AGM FS as the "source document". Your financial statements can be in Microsoft Word or Excel format.

For Full XBRL templates only: Submit your full set of FS in a single text block element.

• Make sure the content in your text block is legible, complete and identical to the FS tabled at your AGM or circulated to members.

• This full set of XBRL financial statements will be converted to PDF format and attached to your annual return extracts. It will be available to the public.

Map FS line items to the ACRA taxonomy

Complete all tabs in the BizFinx template.

Leave fields blank only if the information is not disclosed in your AGM FS.

Validate your XBRL FS offline

When you have completed all the tabs in the BizFinx template, validate your XBRL file. The BizFinx preparation tool will run validation checks and flag any errors.

• For genuine errors: You need to fix these before filing, or apply for an exemption from specific rules if your FS are correct.

• For possible errors: Review and correct any errors highlighted. If your data is correct, you may ignore the warnings, acknowledge them, and proceed to upload.

Upload your XBRL data to the Bizfinx server

To do so, use the "Validate & Upload" feature in the BizFinx preparation tool.

Tick the checkbox to confirm that the XBRL data is correct. Then, click Acknowledge and Upload.

You will see a message confirming successful upload.

File your annual return with your uploaded XBRL FS within 14 days.

Uploaded XBRL financial statements are available on the BizFinx server for up to 14 days.
