Striking off

Can you apply to strike off a company that has received court summonses? | Companies that have received court summonses are required to resolve the matter before submitting the application to strike off. Please also ensure the company is able to meet all striking off criteria before submitting the application. |
Are there any supporting documents required to apply for striking off? | No supporting documents are required for the application of striking off. However, please ensure the company is able to meet all striking off criteria before submitting the application. |
How do I clear an objection to striking off? | In the event of an objection, ACRA will send a letter to inform the company. This letter will indicate the objector’s name and objection reason. Resolve the matter with the objector and clear the objection within two months, otherwise your striking off application will lapse. More details: Clearing an objection to striking off |
Can I restore a company that has been struck off? | A company can be restored through a court order within six years after the company’s name has been struck off. This court order must be lodged via Bizfile. |

Our office is located at Revenue House, 55 Newton Road, Singapore 307987.
For visitors with an eAppointment: Please go to our service counters at Level 1.
For mail and deliveries: Please deposit them into the ACRA drop-off box (located near the passenger drop-off point) or send them to our Corporate Office on Level 3 (#03-02).

Note: All of ACRA's registration, filing and information services are available online at Bizfile. You must make an eAppointment at least four calendar days before you visit our service counters. All consultations are strictly by appointment only.
